Vacant units report

The Vacant units report shows a list of all vacant units as of today, by property.

When to use it

• Find out which units are currently empty and possible available for rent.

Generating this report

1. Go to the Reports menu .
2. Click the Vacant Units link.
3. Select your report parameters. More details:
   

    

   Parameter	What it means
   Properties	Select a single property or rental owner, or a group of properties or rental owners, using the filter box. You can also select all rentals.
   Report format	Choose from PDF, legacy PDF, XLS, XLSX, or CSV.

    

4. Click Download report.

Miscellaneous

• A unit will show on the Vacant Units report until there is a current lease in the specified time frame.
