How do phone numbers display on a listing when it comes from Buildium?
Zumper displays anonymized phone numbers on properties to protect personal information from potential bad actors on the internet. When an interested renter dials the anonymized number, it automatically re-reroutes back to the phone number associated with the listing. More information can be found in this Zumper Help Article.
Facebook Marketplace Update
Effective September 13, 2021, Facebook Marketplace has discontinued the distribution of listings from sites like Zumper. You can still choose to list your vacant units directly on Facebook Marketplace. Learn more in this announcement from Facebook.
