Listing contacts are used to filter inquiries to the right office or property manager. When selected, the contact controls the phone number and website that is included in a published rental listing.

Add a listing contactShowHide

  1. Navigate to Leasing > Listings.
  2. Click Listing settings.
  3. In the form, click Add a row, and fill in details.

  4. Scroll down the page, and click Save.

Edit a listing contactShowHide

  1. Navigate to Leasing > Listings.
  2. Click Listing settings.
  3. In the form, click into a box to Edit the contact information. 

    If you need to change the company’s contact information, navigate to Settings and select Account and billing. Then select to Edit account information. 

Delete a listing contactShowHide

  1. Navigate to Leasing > Listings.
  2. Click Listing settings.
  3. In the form, click the X link for the contact that you'd like to delete.
  4. Click Save.
