In order to use Buildium effectively and for the best possible experience, please make sure that your computer meets the following technical requirements. Read on to learn which operating systems and browsers we support.
Web browsers
Buildium works great on the following:
- Mozilla Firefox 50+
- Edge 25+
- Safari 9.x (OS X only)
- Google Chrome 55+
Buildium will also work on the following browsers, though certain features may be disabled due to limited capabilities of the browser.
- Opera 12.x
- Safari on iPad iOS 10+ (prior to iOS 5.0, some of our editors won't work)
- Default browser on Android 2.3.2
NOTE: Effective December 15, 2020, Buildium will no longer be accessible via Internet Explorer. We recommend switching to Edge or another supported browser as soon as possible.
Mobile apps
Buildium's mobile app requires a mobile device that runs either:
- iOS 10.0 or above
- Android 6.0 or above
Buildium's Resident Center app requires a mobile device that runs either:
- iOS 10.0 or above
- Android 6.0 or above
